Wash in place (WIP) refers to a series of procedures aimed at thoroughly washing Granulation line machines or Individual machine without the need to dismantle piping or equipment. Water and detergents are circulated through the same piping path as the product to remove dirt from internal surfaces. Depending on the machine being cleaned WIP system could be as simple as a mobile WIP skid to clean one small or large capacity single machine or as complex as a multi-tank ski system equipped to service multiple machines. The benefit includes
